I bought these …. They came damaged and I requested to have new ones shipped to me. I sent them back with the return label Taylor issued and I have not heard anything back from them about when replacement will be shipped. I really want this item and to continue purchasing from this site but I am concerned about the lack of communication. Concerned and wanting to give this Xmas gift to my partner.
